Individual Development Plan (IDP) Workshop

LOCATION CHANGE: THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW IN HOLDEN AUDITORIUM
 
In this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to create a new Individual Development Plan (IDP) or update an existing IDP. Jessica Hutchins, Ph.D., DBBS & OPA Education Coordinator, will lead you through the steps of self-assessment and goal-setting that can help you stay on track both academically and professionally.
 
DBBS requires all graduate students to have an active IDP and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs recommends IDPs for postdocs.
