Description:

Lab Finances
New Date: Thursday, January 12, 2017, 3 pm, Holden Auditorium

Running a lab is something like running a small business, in that you have to assess and plan your expenditures and income.  Dr. Tamara Doering, Professor, Molecular Microbiology, will discuss 'types' of money and expenses you will encounter as junior faculty and how to think about them.  And even if running your own lab seems far off, the information should help you be a more informed lab member and job seeker in the interim!

This event was originally scheduled for December 12. It will now take place on January 12 at 3 pm.

This seminar is part of the Faculty Career Search Seminar Series.

Registration for this event is closed. You may still attend and please sign in when you arrive.
