Transcripts, Diplomas and Enrollment/Degree Verifications

Transcripts

The Office of Student Records provides official transcripts for Washington University. All requests for an official transcript need to be submitted online either through WebSTAC or the Office of Student Records web site (http://studentrecords.wustl.edu/Transcripts). There is a $5 fee per official transcript, payable upon submission of your order and must be paid by credit card.

Transcript requests are generally processed overnight and issued the next business day. If you need the transcript faster, Federal Express mail service is available but you must have a Federal Express account and provide your account number to the Office of Student Records. The Office of Student Records will notify you by email when each of the transcripts requested in your order has been processed. You can also track the status of your transcript order to confirm receipt of your request, review delivery information, and note when each request has been processed.

You may obtain and print at no cost an Unofficial Transcript report from WebSTAC. If you do not know how to log into WebSTAC to see your records, contact the Office of Student Records at 314-935-5959 for assistance in creating or resetting your WUSTL Key ID and Password.

Diplomas

If you did not receive your diploma after graduation, please contact Christine Deutschmann in the Registrar's Office at Chris_Deutschmann@wustl.edu or 314-935-5976. She will be able to tell you where it was sent or if it was returned to their offices.
