Research Abstract:
My current research interests are to develop a free, opensource, visual programming software tool to provide a centralized environment for the fast development of genomics data driven drug and drug combination discovery via integrative pharmacogenomics data analysis; develop approaches for uncovering tumor-stroma communications; and other statistical and data mining models to analyze and interpret diverse and complex biomedical data sets, for example, I am working on medical data to study the potential effects of poly-drug use in the rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury.
