Research

I’m currently rotating in the Olsen Lab, and using quantitative trait locus mapping to generate a genetic map of fine scale floral production in white clover across environmentally distinct, reciprocal common gardens. This rotation project will elucidate when different alleles have the largest effect on floral production over a two-year period, and correlate those results with site-specific environmental data.
