My thesis project will focus on the role of an E3 ubiquitin ligase, UBR5, on the progression of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors. MPNST management has regardless of much progress been challenging. My project will further investigate the implications of UBR5 deficiency in MPNST immunogenicity and sensitivity to therapy.
