Dr. Richard E. Lenski will be featured as the inaugural Washington University Gordon – Losos Award Speaker, How Predictable Is Evolution? “Replaying the tape” in a 35-Year Experiment with Bacteria
Dr. Lenski, the John A. Hannah Distinguished Professor of Microbial Ecology at Michigan State University, is a member of the National Academy of Sciences and a MacArthur Fellow, best known for his still ongoing 35-year E. Coli evolution experiment which has been instrumental in understanding the core processes of evolution.
