Research summary
Investigating GZMK+ T cells as a major subset of glioblastoma-infiltrating CD8 T cells

This year I have been working in the lab of Dr. Gavin Dunn in the Department of Neurosurgery at MGH. The Dunn lab studies glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) which is the most aggressive glioma and is generally associated with poor prognosis. My main project involves investigating the role of GZMK+ T cells in the tumor microenvironment.
