Research summary
My research is on the design of a synthetic, self-assembling peptide immunotherapy against neurodegenerative diseases.

I am working on a tau-targeted immunotherapy. My plan is to conjugate a synthetic, self-assembling peptide KFE8 on either the N-terminus or C-terminus of tau and to inject mice. I will measure the biochemical characteristics and immunological response of these constructs and determine the efficacy of a potential immunotherapy.
