Multi-omics data analysis by graph AI models
There is no effective and curable medication for many complex diseases, like cancer, alzheimer’s disease (AD), COVID-19, longevity, and many other diseases. Large-scale (big data), multi-omics/multi-modality, tissue-level and single-cell level omics data of complex diseases have been generated to understand pathogenesis, identify novel therapeutic targets, and develop effective drugs/cocktails. However, it remains an open problem. I aim to develop novel graph-AI models to integrate and interpret the large-scale data for signaling network biomarker, drug and drug combination prediction.
