Immune Escape Mechanisms in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

We are investigating how initiating mutations in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) can lead to different mechanisms of immune escape and progression of the leukemia. Mechanistic insights into how AML interacts with the immune system can lead to novel immunotherapies for AML.
