Research summary
Immunosurveillance in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

In the Ley lab, I am currently studying the role of lymphocytes in detecting and eliminating leukemic cells in different initiating events in AML. I am also interested in how the leukemic cells interact with the immune microenvironment through direct immunosuppression or differential gene regulation that can alter hematopoiesis.
