Research summary
Investigating the role of mast cells and type II immunity in glioblastoma

Mast cells are abundant in the meninges and can be found in sparse numbers in brain parenchyma. Although the meninges are critical for CNS immune surveillance, the role of mast cells in this compartment remains poorly understood. My research investigates how mast cells in the brain and CNS border regions impact anti-tumor immunity in glioblastoma.
