Research summary
My project is focused on the anti-tumor role of Memory Like NK cells in lung cancer.

Our lab previously discovered IL12/15/18 activated human primary NK cells differentiate into Memory-Like NK cells with unique transcriptional and epigenetic profile. Preliminary data has shown these cells emerge naturally and are enriched in solid tumors, most prominently in lung cancers. My work is focused on characterizing this population, understanding the mechanism for this enrichment and their contribution to anti-tumor immunity.
